What the answers mean
Is N84 DB official?
No. We copy official lists and keep a dated record. The official list always prevails.
Does “Listed” mean the grant will be paid?
No. It means the list printed that line on the date we checked. The scheme's rules decide.
Why is our model under another maker name?
Lists print what the certifier filed. We join names to one maker page and keep each as printed. Tell us if a join is wrong.
Timing and reliability
How soon do we hear about a change?
We copy every list at 05:10 UTC and send alerts by 07:00.
What if the official site is down?
We retry, log a failed check on the status page, and hold any copy that looks wrong.
Coverage
Which lists and countries?
11 lists across the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain. A new list takes about a week.
Can I get the data as a file?
RSS and JSON are free. The maker plan adds a dated CSV each month.
Paying and cancelling
How do I cancel?
From the link in any Stripe receipt. Alerts run to the end of the period paid. Within 30 days of a first payment, a full refund on request.
Can I follow a rival?
Yes. Any maker on any list we check.
Is this for consumers?
The lookup is for anyone. Paid alerts are for businesses; by subscribing you confirm you are buying for your business.
Data and privacy
Do you keep personal data?
Your email, business name and lists, while you subscribe plus 90 days. Free watches: the email and what it watches. No cookies, nothing loaded from third parties.
